Well, since Romeo and Juliet have been played by different people across different years and mediums, I can't say for sure if your cosplay is "accurate" or not (and I don't have a time machine to see the very first perfomance of the play). I would say, though, that Romeo doesn't have blue hair in any version, but I've seen productions of "The Tempest" with colorful clownish costumes, so what do I know.
